Information for after dinner guests

After dinner tickets will be available for purchase on the door at £70 per ticket.

Guests are welcome to arrive between 10pm and 11.30pm.

Ticket Collection

Your tickets will be available for collection on the door. Please have ID ready to show our kind volunteers who will then be able to give you your wristband. Please remember these volunteers have given up their evening to help so that we can all enjoy ourselves so do show them your gratitude. 

Security

There will be a security guard on the door checking wristbands to ensure we do not have any gate crashers. Anyone found to be in the ball without a wristband will be escorted outside by security. In addition any rudeness towards staff/helpers or poor behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in the individual being removed. No ticket refund will be issued in this instance.

Access

We have a one way system in place so please make sure you approach the event via the back drive (the second entrance on the right if coming from Stow or first entrance on the left if coming from Cheltenham direction) It will be well signposted and we would ask you to follow the signs and listen to our friendly security guards who will be directing you. 

If you are bringing a car there is a designated car park and we would again ask that you follow the guidance of the security guards who will be guiding you in, this is to ensure that we manage to get all the cars parked in a mannerly way and get you in to the tent for your reception drinks as quickly as possible. If you are being dropped off there is a separate designated drop off and pick up area which will hopefully help with the flow of traffic, this is on the right opposite the entrance to the marquee and will be sign posted. 

Weather

The weather is looking a little unpleasant in the run up to the event so we would encourage as many of you as possible to be dropped off and picked up to prevent any issues getting out of the car park. Whilst you will be parking on lovely, well draining old parkland there could still be a risk of getting stuck and unfortunately we will not have a tractor available to tow people out on the night. 

Arrival

You are welcome to arrive between 10pm and 11.30pm. 

Whilst there will be card machines at the bars we do recommend that you bring cash too as we would hate for you to go thirsty in the event that there are any issues with tills. 

Ticket Purchase

We will stop selling tickets on the website on Friday evening. Tickets will also be available on the door to those that are unsure of their plans yet, these will be £70 per person and can be paid for with card or cash.
